It offers space to slow down, speak openly about what’s present for you, and begin exploring your inner landscape together.

Rather than following a fixed structure, the session unfolds intuitively, guided by what feels most relevant and supportive in the moment.

What to expect

A grounded conversation
We begin by talking about what’s currently alive for you: what feels heavy, unclear, or unresolved. There’s no agenda to follow and nothing you need to prepare in advance.

An intuitive, responsive approach
Depending on what emerges, we may stay in conversation or gently explore things through somatic awareness, EFT tapping, guided reflection, or other integrative tools. The session adapts to you.

Clarity and reflection
Toward the end of the session, we reflect together on what came up and what might feel supportive going forward. If it feels aligned, I’ll share my sense of possible next steps, always without pressure or obligation.
